Superstructure Description:
Early Detection. Rapid Response.
Superstructure Idea:

We will be addressing transmission, detection, and isolation of ReDS outbreaks.  We will also be addressing various security threats specific to us, as well as outsourcing and exporting our knowledge and ideas to other structs.U.S. ReDS CentCom History

Superstructure Needs:

We are going to need: MD's, LPN's, RN's, geneticists, epidemiologists, virologists, software developers, crowd theoriticians, law enforcement, counter-terrorism, lobyists, foreign policy experts, and force outsourcing.  We are also going to need experts in dealing with isolated refugee camps, isolated towns or cities in meeting with self-sufficiency.  And most of all we're going to need creativity and people that enjoy the hell out of thinking.

Superstructure Memembership:

Anyone can join!  Come here once or twice and give us a killer idea, or come here regularly and give us lots of killer ideas.  We can't do it alone.

Mission 1:  Detect

What detection methods can you create that will allow us a near real time, accurate map of the currently infected population?

Mission 2: Mobilize

While US ReDS CentCom has mobilized thousands of professionals to Lackland AFB, San Antonio, TX.  It would be a mistake to think that we can simply operate the entire US and international effort from here.

How can we effectively distribute command and conquer efforts to regions of the United States and Globe that may not have regular contact with US ReDS CentCom?

Mission 3:  Predict

What methods can you use to predict future mutations and or outbreaks based on pre-existing information? It has to be accurate and fast.

Mission 4:  Secure

How can we effectively secure methods of transportation, buildings, towns and entire cities so we can go about isolation, eradication and vaccination procedures?

US ReDS CentCom has full Congressional budgetary approval, so if the solution requires significant expenditures we can afford it, but we must justify it.  The simpler and more cost effective a solution is, the more likely we're going to implement it rapidly and save far more lives.

Mission 5:  Defend

How can we defend our infrastructure, staff, and property from potential griefing attacks, terrorist attacks and foreign state attacks?

Think of a hole, then think of a way to plug it.
